Gendang Kasturi – Green Bean Fritters
This is a sweet Malay Kueh which is quite common in Singapore and Malaysia. Here’e how to make this delicious treat:

Sugar 150g
Grated Skinned Coconut 150g
Plain Flour 40g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cooling oil to deep fry
