This goes great with white rice, is healthy to eat and easy to do. I might just try it this weekend.
Ingredients:
2 pomfret fish
3 shallots
2 garlic
1 large onion
½ ginger
½ inch fresh turmeric
3 red chillies
Coriander leaf
Some tamarind juice
