Hopefully this fruit cake recipe for the diabetics will help to relieve cravings!

Ingredients: 
1 lb. dates, chopped
1 lb. raisins
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. margarine
3 big ripe bananas
1 tsp. nutmeg
6 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour

To those who are diabetics and conscious about sugar intake, try this one. 

Ingredients: 
Margarine for pan
15 oz. part skim milk Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
