Hello Nora,

Just a note to say thank you for the recipe – East West Shepherds Pie!
I made a double recipe and the first night we had it with Basmati Rice. The
next day my husband had it in sandwiches for lunch at work and that night I
made it into a Shepherds Pie with a mixture of mashed Potato and Kumara for
the topping. I used sweet chilli sauce in place of fresh chillies and added
red capsicum and pepperdews. What a success! The flavours of East & West
combined are just so delicious and I look forward to more East/West
recipies, Thank you.

Cheers, Marilyn, NZ
