This is a little unusual as salted fish is used.  However it is no less delicious, and gives fish curry a little twist from the usual.  Best eaten with white rice.

Found this Greek recipe and am happy to share:
Ingredients:  1/2 cup white wine vinegar; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1/2 tsp ground cumin; 1/2 tsp thyme;  3 cloves garlic, minced ;  1 bay leaf; 1-1/2 pound swordfish, cut in 1″ piece; olive oil for frying, 1/2 cup flour;  salt.
