I simply luv fried rice! They are very diversified too. I usually used left over rice fm last nite dinner and a gfren told me that the secret to a tasty fried rice is to use "used oil" (minyak jelantah). It is basically the left over oil fm yr fried chicken or fish... Try it! It makes a whole lot of different! Javanese (that me! he.. he..) usually like to eat the fried rice with "keropok", "empeng" or "peyek"... Heaven...

Dear Permaisuri,

Here's a little tip you may want to use when you next cook Fried Rice ... "Add the beaten egg to the rice
                     BEFORE frying."
