Hello Nora,

Just a note to say thank you for the recipe - East West Shepherds Pie!
I made a double recipe and the first night we had it with Basmati Rice.  The
next day my husband had it in sandwiches for lunch at work and that night I
made it into a Shepherds Pie with a mixture of mashed Potato and Kumara for
the topping.  I used sweet chilli sauce in place of fresh chillies and added
red capsicum and pepperdews.  What a success! The flavours of East & West
combined are just so delicious and I look forward to more East/West
recipies,  Thank you.

Cheers,  Marilyn, NZ

Hi Nora
Thanks for all your mails. Keep them coming!! I love your site and its
interesting but only if you could provide pictures of your cooking. At
least, I have an idea of how it should turn out to be. Do you have
traditional Malay cooking recipes?

Take care and have a pleasant weekend!!

Love
Liz
