Ok, I said I was going to do some major cooking last weekend and I did. I can’t believe how simple making roti John was! I made that for breakfast last Sunday and my husband and step-daughter enjoyed it. My husband said he has found the next potluck dish to bring to work!!! My husband went crazy over Roti John, he said he could eat the entire loaf and I believe him. He sure can put it away! I bet in Singapore, nobody makes Roti John at home, you just go to the hawker center and buy some right? Well I live in California where you just can’t do that!
