Hello there!

Thank you for dropping by my food blog. I love baking and cooking more than eating, gotta mind that waist and cholesterol. Sharing recipes, cooking and baking tips are the other things I enjoy doing and hope you will find this site resourceful. For those who love cooking or baking or eating, I promise you will find something of use, if you have anything to share, I will be most happy to hear from you.

As I am writing this, I am having quiche for lunch (yeah I know, its a bit early in the week for a treat) but hey I baked it myself and its yummy-licious, if you dont mind me saying so myself:)

I do have a professional training in baking of cakes and pastries and I have cooked for a large number of people (my definiton of large here means between 50-70), to me thats huge considering all my life there was always someone who would cook for me, mother, maid, aunts, until about few years ago, when I started cooking and found myself immersed in creating meals that made people asked for more! I realised that when one cooks with love, it produces an incredible effect on people. My cooking repertoire has evolved to include Chinese, Indian (northern & southern!), Thai, western, Indonesian, Mideastern. I guess its a function of what I like eating and therefore these were the things I learned to cook!

It has become my personal challenge to master and dignify the art of cooking and baking!

Happy reading, cooking , baking and learning.

Love ya!

Nora
